Refund eligibility
To qualify for a refund, both conditions must be met:
- The product is returned within 10 calendar days of purchase.
- The item is in its original, unused and undamaged condition.
How refunds are processed
Once we receive the returned item, our team inspects it and processes your refund. The amount is credited to the original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
When refunds are not issued
- The product is damaged.
- The return is started after the 10-day return period.
